ADVANTAGES OF YH-02 MODEL 12-SECTION & 18-SECTION PRESS & BLOW MACHINE WITH STRETCHING MECHANISM

Product variety will be increased by adding a special rotating push-up system (STRETCHING MECHANISM) to the existing YH-02 model 12-Section and 18-Section Press & Blow machines as explained below
• One piece stemware will be produced on the Press & Blow machine without requiring a seperate stretch machine.
• Them will not be any energy consumption (natural gas and Oxygen) as it is needed for the stretch machine.
• There will not be any compressed-air requirement to cool down the article stem compared to the same production with stretch machine.
• The production cost will be35% less due to above mentioned reasons as the production will be done on a single machine.
• The production efficiency will be increased due to reduced number of transfer points comparod to the loading and unbading of stretch machine. ( 9%)
• Job change time will be reduced.
• First investment cost will be less ( € 550.000 )
• The paste mould and solid mould blowing techniques can be applied at the same time for the same article.
• Deeply engraved articles will have better production quality and compared to stand. section proms.

New Generation YH-02 Model Press & Blow Machine Section with “STRETCHING MECHANISM” is 100% compatible with the standart Press & Blow machine frame.

TECHNOLOGICAL IMPROVEMENTS

One piece stemware will be produced on the Press & Blow machine without requiring a seperate stretch machine.

Therefore :
• No natural gas is required.
• No Oxygen is required.
• No compressor air for cooling.
• Increased efficiency ( 9%)
• Less job change time.
• Less initial investment cost ( € 550.000)
• Cost reduction ( 35%)

In addition to one-piece stemware
• Paste mould and solid mould blowing techniques can be used at the same time.
• Better quality and efficiency for the deeply engraved articles.
